Did you know?
2025 Badass Agile Coaching Days
In exactly 21 days, on October 21st, BACDays 2025 will kick off.
This is the fourth annual virtual, multi-day event. We have an incredible line-up of speakers spread across 3 days.
The best news is that ALL the proceeds benefit the Women in Agile and African Agility groups.
I’d encourage everyone to sign up. Even if your schedule doesn’t support it, we record all of the sessions, and you can view them at your leisure.
I hope to see YOU at BACDays 2025.

Moose Resources
I’ve been actively blogging since around 2010-12. I’ve written hundreds, if not close to a thousand, articles. As of this post, I’m nearing 200 on Substack alone, and that’s in less than two years.
My point is not to boast, but to make you aware of more resources, you might not be aware of, that share my experience—
My original blog at RGalen - https://rgalen.com/agile-training-news
My Agile Moose blog - https://www.agile-moose.com/blog
I stopped adding to both blogs in June 2024. They contain a rich set of articles from 2010 or so in their genesis. To search the blogs, there is a search box on some of the pages (not the blogs themselves), which makes searching a bit cumbersome. But I hope it's worth your while.
Youtube Videos—Here are links to a host of video talks, podcasts, webinars, interviews, etc. that I’ve recorded over the years.
Meta-cast - This is the podcast that I’ve been recording with Josh Anderson since 2010.
I have a soapbox area where I post quite personal observations, reflections, and positions related to the things happening in our world. I want to warn you that you might not like or agree with everything I post here. That’s fine. But please respect my perspectives. The Be Better Soapbox
Given that I write for you, my Substack friends, I hope you take some time to look around the various resources.
Stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
Whatever your role or experience, life in the agile space can be challenging today. Having someone to serve as your coach, as a sounding board, be a truthteller, and become a trusted partner on tap to leverage during those tricky bits can be helpful. That’s precisely where Agile Moose can help you.
We’re not just an Agile Coach, but a business domain expert, a personal advisor, an organizational design and development consultant, and a leadership coach and partner.
The moose brings over 35 years of technical and product leadership experience across a broad range of contexts. If you’re stuck and know it, reach out, as I can help.
