Didactic Principles in Agile Coaching
I met Siegfried Segers in one of my classes. He struck me as quiet, but reflective and perceptive. I didn’t realize his interest in teaching until after our class ended.
Later, I read a series of posts he published on LinkedIn exploring Didactic Principles in Agile Coaching. Here are the series components as of April 2025.
I found Seifried’s deep dive into teaching a wonderful reminder and refresher of the importance of this competency, as referenced in the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel. It is particularly a competency in your ability to…Teach.
Siegfried recently summarized the above ideas and much more in a book called—A Little Book About Teaching Agile. You can find it here.
Enjoy the learning journey!
Stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
