I want to share three interesting ideas I’ve recently encountered in this post. I’m not directly advocating for them; I'm just sharing them with you for your consideration.
This might become a periodic series where I share things. It gives you a lens into what I consider interesting and ideas that might surface in my ongoing work.
Eason on AI
Lee Eason explores Explicit and Tacit Knowledge as it relates to AI.
Stone on Honesty
Joanne Stone shared this reflection while on a train ride. Here’s a snippet to entice you to read her post—
Curious about the questions used to help organizations, I asked what a great question is. He shared a recent powerful question to help executives to improve how they work together:
“What is stopping us from being honest with each other?”
The Male Ego
James Fleming posted about Stockton Rush as an example of an overly inflated (and dangerous) make ego. It made me reflect not only on Stockton but also on how prevalent this example is in today’s corporate and political leaders. Scary really!
+1, Michelle Pauk—Predictably Unpredictable
Michelle is my #1 change expert and artist. I found this article insightful.
I hope you found today’s three ideas interesting. Until next time…
Stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
