I want to share three interesting ideas I’ve recently encountered in this post. I’m not directly advocating for them; I'm just sharing them with you for your consideration.
This might become a periodic series where I share things. It gives you a lens into what I consider interesting and ideas that might surface in my ongoing reading and research on AI related to my Agile Coaching journey.
Groktopus – Magnus Hedemark
I’ve been following Magnus for a while, ever since I met him many years ago at Red Hat.
He’s grown into some very senior engineering leadership roles. Now, he’s looking for his next role, but lucky for us, the downtime has allowed him to dive deeply into AI. While often technical, his insights are colored by his broad industry lens and deep leadership experience. I consider his voice unique, genuine, and courageous.
Here’s a sample post that is a must-read.
Simon Wardley on Vibe Coding
I came across Simon Wardley's LinkedIn post and found it quite interesting. I wanted to share it with you, and please read the comments.
Stefan Wolpers – Harnessing Generative AI for Agile Coaching
I’m a regular subscriber and reader of Stefan’s work and truly appreciate his perspectives. I thought this one had a nice connection for Agile Coaches and wanted to share it.
I hope you found today’s three ideas interesting. Until next time…
Stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
Whatever your role or experience, life in the agile space can be challenging today. Having someone to serve as your coach, as a sounding board, be a truthteller, and become a trusted partner on tap to leverage during those tricky bits can be helpful. That’s precisely where Agile Moose can help you.
We’re not just an Agile Coach, but a business domain expert, a personal advisor, an organizational design and development consultant, and a leadership coach and partner.
The moose brings over 35 years of technical and product leadership experience across a broad range of contexts. If you’re stuck and know it, reach out, as I can help.
Nice post, Bob. When you said Red Hat, I had flashbacks to cutting my teeth as an HP-UX administrator, playing around with Red Hat in the office. Those were different times :)
Nice collection of articles. I wrote a few earlier this year if someone wants to check out.
