Target on Your Back
This LinkedIn post caught my attention. It’s a repost by Aaron Held of a Natasha Bowman post.
It made me reflect on my own experiences, and, unfortunately, I have to agree. Once you have a target on your back, it’s time to move on.
The hard part, IMHO, is (1) recognizing that you have the target and then (2) taking appropriate action.
Check your backs often and stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
