The Notion of Hats
In my Agile Coaching Masterclass, I often use the metaphor or notion of a hat representing the coaching stance we’re currently using. It’s a reminder metaphor for me to be intentional and present in my stance switching (dancing) with my clients.
Recently, John Cutler wrote a piece exploring Change Agent Hats. It took a particularly useful deep dive into the hats worn by change agents, so I thought I’d share it with you.
In a recent Meta-cast, Josh and I explore what Leadership Hats today’s leaders might be missing in their cranial wardrobes.
Please consider leveraging this metaphor in your professional journeys. That is—
What hats are you wearing?
Stay agile, my friends,
Bob.
